I hand-stitched glass seed beads together the colour of pale pistachio green to make these cute starfish. The ridges are made with beautiful variegated beads in shades of gold, purple, green and blue that have a lovely shine. Each starfish has two layers joined together so they hold their shape and look the same from the front and back.
The starfish shape with loop measures 27mm high x 25mm wide (1.1” x 1”)
The earrings are attached to Sterling Silver Filled fishhook ear wires.
Sterling Silver Filled ear wires have a thick outer layer of sterling silver surrounding a brass core and are finished with an anti-tarnish coating. Silver filled wire is more durable than silver plate. You get the beauty of real silver without the high cost.
I will include clear soft rubber earring backs, which are hypoallergenic, to help hold them on securely.
