Place in the top of an oil burner with a lighted tealight candle underneath. Do not add water. The wax will melt and release the fragrance into your room. The wax will not evaporate away like water does, but will become solid again once the candle goes out.
To replace the melt when you can no longer smell any perfume: next time you light the candle, wait 1 minute or so until the wax just starts to melt, then slip out the old wax and put it in the rubbish. Wipe your burner dish with a paper towel or wash your burner in hot soapy water (don’t do this if it is an electric burner!)
Soy wax is biodegradable and is made from a renewable resource. Some of the melts are coloured with vegetable dye. Each melt weighs at least 10 grams.
